Student Network - New Team Members
The Student Network was founded by a team of eight vocational students, in March 2007.Now a new team of nine students, involving some of the original group, are taking the website forward and will also be leading on an event for vocational learners, to be held in March 2008.

About the Student Network
The team is made up of different media related students to make this project successful. From web designers, to graphic designers, and journalists to filmmakers, all uniting to develop this project. This site is different to many others as it is for the students, made by the students. We were so tired of hearing what people thought us students wanted to hear, so we just cut out the middleman and are telling you what we think from our point of view entirely.
You can learn more about us by viewing our individual profiles (see the links at the top). Everyone in the team is studying a vocational course. We all have our own ideas about what we want to get out of our course, and different experiences of what it’s like being a student.
If you’re based in Sussex, this is your opportunity to have your say about vocational learning. You don’t even have to be a current student, you could be thinking about applying for a course, or you could have finished study and want to share some of your views and experiences.
We want to know about you, so we can start building up a community of vocational learners in Sussex. You will also be able to learn more about vocational learning, and courses in your local area and websites relating to your chosen field.
So we are open for any suggestions and what you think of the site and our work, we hope you enjoy it and return to see more from us soon!
